Vegan Caesar Salad Dressing

This caesar salad dressing is made without dairy or eggs and tastes delicious. I used kale for my salad base and topped it with some vegan parmesan shreds and crispy bacon bits (not vegan).



Ingredients:

1/4 cup tahini

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tbsp capers (with liquid)

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

Water to thin it out if desired


Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or bullet and blend until smooth.
